History

Our family has been growing vines since the 1800s and started making Champagne in 1920. We are continuing our passion for champagne that has existed for four generations, passing on our knowledge and traditions.

Maryse, Gérard and our son, Florent are pleased to welcome you.

Our vineyard spreads over the old lands of the tiny villages of Mesnil-le-Huttier, Leuvrigny and Festigny. Located in the heart of the Marne Valley, it covers 8 hectares in 52 parcels.

We grow the 3 kind of grapes you can discover in Champagne:

Pinot Meunier
(75%)

Chardonnay
(15%)

Pinot Noir
(10%)

Due to our specific terroir (a characteristic weather, a typical ground and special ecosystem) and 4 generations of expertise, our common thread is the elaboration of authentic champagnes. To express this genuineness, we create our cuvees by blending wine from several years, from the three kinds of grapes and from different plots.

To be true to our tradition, we put the quality on top. That is why, we only use our own grapes to make champagne and handle all the steps of the champagne making process by ourselves.
Moreover, quality can only be reached with good equipment: our pressuring centre is a mix of modernism and tradition. Our cellar, recently installed, contains temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Thanks to these vats, we keep the maximum of flavours during the fermentation process. After the bottling, we mature our cuvees keeping them between 3 and 5 years into our cellar.
When the maturity is maximum, we sell our champagne either in France or abroad, directly from our vineyard or delivered to private or professional customers

Our motto:
Grow our Vines respecting our land and nature and developing integrated vineyard practices Elaborate wine with passion creating unique cuvées Serve our customers and deliver a specific experience
